    Marketing

    Marketing aims to develop and implement the marketing strategies and capabilities to build brand equity while maximizing sales and profitability. It is a leader and a facilitator of the innovation process from opportunity identification all the way to execution. The function has a number of roles both regional and group level, ranging from Marketing Director to Brand Manager working on international, regional and local brands.

    Sales

    The Sales function is driven at local level. To achieve our growing profit targets and to manage our brand portfolio, we deliver and execute through operational excellence on both national and local levels.

    Product Supply Chain

    The PSC function is a broad function encompassing Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, Logistics and Research & Development. It co-ordinates, optimises and sets the standards to ensure best-in-class levels of quality while minimising the cost aspect. We have both global and local roles across the group at all levels of the organisation.

    I have a degree in marketing and prior joining Campari  I acquired experience working in several big companies as a brand manager assistant. Now I have spent 5 years in Campari and I am a brand manager X.

    My typical day involves dealing with X, X X. I like my work because I feel my ideas are heard and I can realize my potential. One of the best moments in my career was when the campaign I was in charge of was very successful and brought great business results.

    My favorite thing about working at Gruppo Campari? People here are very passionate about what they do. I know that I can rely on the expertise of my colleagues and we will keep working until we all feel the best solution is found.

    In my free time I enjoy hosting family events and keep mastering the art of serving an aperitif with my friends.

    Finance

    The Finance function’s mission is to maximise the financial performance while improving Advertising &Promotion investments. The function covers a wide range of roles from planning and reporting to business controlling along with more specialised functions such as Accounting, Treasury and Investor Relations.

    Communication

    Communication develops and implements strategies and capabilities to maximise our brands’ visibility and effectiveness. It communicates our values, informs and engages our stakeholders and helps to build the company’s identity. We do have both group level and local roles in PR and Media Relations and in Brand Communications.

    Information Technology

    IT provides innovative, efficient and cost effective infrastructures, services and systems ensuring business continuity and data security. We have roles at local and group levels related to infrastructures and telecommunication, information systems and services.

    Legal & Business Development

    The function defines policies and structures and introduces best practice to add value to the business while ensuring compliance with rules and regulations. It is also actively involved in the numerous external growth projects and acquisitions. We have group level business development roles as well as local ones which support specific countries and/or regions.
